Oh I believe alot of those shares came from lower prices. That's even better because now they are in stronger hands. ANDI/UTOP strong!

With only 2/3% of the ANDI float trading on daily basis with buys and sells about equal this garbage ticker isn't going anywhere.
Facebook,Twitter and Instagram blogs aren't cutting it and that last official PR was a non event.
