ron, my view is the reason the employee claimants is still an issue as we do NOT want it finalized UNTIL the money moves.

The claimants will NEVER be put on the stand as the real truth on the seizure/5AT will be exposed. This can NEVER happen, as they would expose the case world-wide in print and media while defending themselves. We ALL know this has to be deep-sixed forever!

I said the same thing about third party suits would never happen for the very same reason and they have not to this point.
