CEO confirmed to me there will be no R/S today, and they will be adding that to the 2017 filings coming this month. All those stock options are over the course of years, (5 if i remember correctly?) which is the most responsible and beneficial way to finance operations till revenues come.

Not sure how could see otherwise? 5 year stock options vs toxic funding?
