They started taking cuts now; look at Instagram. Valerie, herself, is sitting there smiling. There is a transition period for grows started in 2017. California would not tell all existing growers to destroy their crop and reset for the 2018 regulations. How would CA have weed for Jan 1 Adult-Use sales?
