Tim the turtle might be a bit late on the lm iPhone which would have given them that cool factor, I’m seriously considering android and maybe a huawei or oppo...then again maybe the turtle is stalling because our jv’s couldn’t push the 100 million lm midframe that Apple needed? See it’s not always about being slow, you do need the technology to catch up so you can produce a quality product that can be bought by the masses, VR/AR for instance is based on 5G with no 5G why would Apple or another company push products that can’t be supported or mass produced.

After all the articles I’ve read and patents games posted I have to say that li and Tim will be good friends;)

Apple is in big shit

1. Tim Cook knew it.

https://www.macrumors.com/2017/08/28/apple-ceo-tim-cook-sells-over-43m-in-apple-stock/

We should give Paul and Tony a break. Should we......

2. Face ID nuance vs good old fingerprint ID

Try turn on you iPhoneX to check LQMT stock quote "under the table".

3. 2x MIMO vs 4x4 MIMO antenna (can be prevented with BMG)

https://mashable.com/2017/11/22/apple-iphone-2018-gigabit-lte-speeds/#nUax9YjfViqf

Folks will soon realize how "slow" iPhone X is once Gigabit LTE go full tilt in 2018. Samsung S8 and most Android phone already have 4x4 MIMO antenna design. More importantly, this is a must step towards 5G transition.
iPhone X still has the ancient (since IP4) dual antenna on the side (notice all the antenna gaps on the stainless steel mid frame).

4. Glass Gate (can be prevented with BMG)

https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/article/xwa5nq/iphone-x-back-glass-repair

$549 risk every time you raise your iPhoneX for Face ID.

5. Intrusive camera (can be prevented with BMG)

With the intrusive camera, so called "slickest" phone does not even rest properly on top of your desk. Note the $549 glass replacement cost is due to camera replacement (since it is glued down to the glass).

See Step 7 of the teardown.

The dual rear camera has a beefy bracket that looks like it might offer some bendgate-proofing support for the delicate components.
The cameras are additionally secured to the rear case with some foam adhesive to keep things from jostling out of place. These cameras really need to stay put for Portrait Mode and similar features to work their magic.
Surrounding the camera housing cover glass, you can see tiny spot welds likely holding the walls of the camera bump to the case.

6. Apple jump thru hoop with "glass" just to accomplish Fake and Slow Wireless Charging (can be prevented with BMG)

Android world at least has Qi Quick Charge.
