4J - couple things maybe overlooked.

1) why does the incorporation doc have a fax header (in Dec 2002) that reads "Loftwerks" ?!?

Automatic dissolution meaning Hedley was no longer in the company, they broke off into something else or...? Thanks..

4Justice - Please note that Mr. Coates is merely the registered agent for the corporation, which means that he is the person who was designated by the corporation to receive any process of service upon the corporation in the event of any legal filings concerning or against it. Merely a receiver of documents, who is to then transmit those documents to the corporation.

Also, please note that the corporation was dissolved in 2005. But it's nice background on Consultech. Thanks for sharing.
