exactly what I thought...auto dissolution I would have to assume the corporation dissolved at the date given...thought I was missing something but apparently not.
Sorry, that's incorrect. Coates is an Incorporator of the business, and I'm very aware of what the purpose of the Registered agent is. As you know, corporate offices also serve in that capacity, as is the case with Coates. He is an officer of the corporation as well.
