This started the Conversation on ALKM "Shareholders of Record". I simply stated that
1) An ALKM Shareholder of record would "KNOW" the CURRENT OS as they would have the "Numbers" to place in the Formula Required by the SEC
2) The Shareholder of Record would know there Amount of Shares and could easily match to last known ALKM OS and "IMMEDIATELY" know they were "NOT" a ALKM Shareholder of Record.

ALKM CEO by "NON Disclosure" of ALKM OS is the person RESPONSIBLE for the ISSUE.
