Alkame Holdings Inc (ALKM)

[Reluctant Observer]

I was informed by my broker that I can no longer sell my shares in ALKM via online broker.

I reached a threshold as “shareholder of record”.

I will not be able to sell on open market for 90 days from the time I sign and return an SEC form.

This is kind of funky because I always like to be able to flip/trade/swing trade at least 25% of my shares.

Can’t do that now.

Called TDameritrade and spent half an hour understanding the situation.

On the other hand this just encourages me to take a larger holding and work from a different angle.

I am very excited about this company.
I have two great calls in the last two days with CEO and another principal.
Nothing material that is not available to the public was discussed.
However they did say some of it had to be dug for.

They also said that one of the people on IHub was doing a great job of DD.

I plan on working with this company in possibly two depressed ventures.

I don’t know what constitutes insider information so my lips are sealed from now on.

I have really appreciated HATTER.
I am pretty sure that is who they were referring to.

In my humble opinion don’t miss the boat.
