You and others need to come on board that currently the best scenario is go it alone until end of phase 3, but granted could be the worst scenario as well. The deal may have been initiated already with ATNX and the poison pill methods are in place to ward off other hostilities. Very possible what you are saying, Jenny's intent with a golden handshake would be her incentive. BOD raised salaries as another method to make it less attractive to other hostiles. Perfect storm.
