The deal may have been initiated already with ATNX and the poison pill methods are in place to ward off other hostilities. Very possible what you are saying, Jenny's intent with a golden handshake would be her incentive. BOD raised salaries as another method to make it less attractive to other hostiles. Perfect storm.
