He did his JOB and allowed or caused POR7 to be court accepted and implemented and the PIERS kicked to the curb so to speak, WHICH left US for all to fall too...I'm just suggesting that someone else wants to alter that and it doesn't cahnge the POR7 one bit, if COMMON SHAREHOLDERS(LOL) vote it to happen
Now IF IF IF the parties don't live up to it(POR 7) then ya may see him back you know "IT'S NOT RIPE", but if a vote happens shareholders(LOL) decided to alter the plan
But as far as a TENDER offer IMHO that would be strictly between the parties involved, COMMON shareholders(LOL) that passed the VOTE and the one making the offer, the court would just approve or deny it............Look at even his FAIR billing statements and see what it would cost to date, and if if if everything doesn't return here until 2045 HOLY MOLY!!!!!!!!!!!!
