Google pink stocks and IPO's, it's complicated, but very profitable when a pink company pulls one off. Gordo can probably explain it better than I, but essentially our shares are offered for sale, at some price, most likely well over a dollar, the shares we own are among the shares used for the IPO. I think when it's over we would not own shares of the new company, but would be well compensated for the shares we own of the old company. Gordo feel free to correct my over simplified explanation.
