I agree, if it goes lower, I will be a buyer, but to think it's being 'shorted' isn't true.

Everyone always thinks a penny stock is being 'shorted'. 99.9% of the time, its not true. The only true shorts I've ever seen have been after an R/S where the brokers/MM totally messed everything up. This is just note holders selling to recoup the money they loaned out.
