Let's cut through all the bull crap. DEWM is stuck going nowhere. Moran boldly announces plans for a merger by end of year, then (again) totally ignores shareholders by failing to provide any update. Why tempt shareholders with news of a merger, then fail to follow through with any transparency?

I think most of us know by now that our investment in this garbage company is gone. WE may get the odd dead cat bounce, but the future looks grim.
