If the auditors tell him it will be done this month then he tells us it's expected to be done this month. The issue lies with this somewhat small firm auditing 3 years of financials. Not with Roger.

Thats like saying you should know when your kid will get sick and remove them from school before it happens. You can guess on the time of year, but you cant predict exactly when

He does not control the outcome. This is an audit... A simple disclosure question about a small segment of their biz can turn into weeks of tracking down info from 3rd parties, rewriting, reviewing, etc. Back and forth

These auditors work on multiple companies at the same time. They dont wait around on one... Just because you made a change and resubmitted, does not mean they will be able to review it right away. They could put you hold for a week while they work on another client... and it could be just a simple addition..

This is the first time he has ever had to write all of the boiler plate disclosured. In future reports he can cut/paste them with only minor changes/additions, but he needs to get them all ready the FIRST TIME... This is not a small company! Its going to be a very detailed 10K.

PS, go back and re-read, I think you missed the part that the audit is currently open-ended when it comes to a completion date for the exact same reason people were complaining in the first place. It's out of his hands...

I do hope you absorb the magnitude of Mr. Mortimer's character and transparency from this P.R. alone.

Now we see if you get your chance to buy in tomorrow at .12. YOu sold all your position at .18, per your posts yesterday, so you are on the outside. Let's see how well it works for you.

If it dips to .12, it has to go through me and a few others who will buy it if it dips, at a higher price than .12 (Because I don't think it will get to .12. But that's definitely just an OPINION, so we'll see tomorrow.) :-)
