If we acquire NextCast and they are indeed a private company, will we be able to IPO them? I have been told we would be able to, which could be the reason for the sell off to make money to buy them out and then have the money to afford to IPO Nexcast

So reverse merger possible? Those can be so profitable. UATG isn’t a shell stock so not sure how that works . I was hoping for a 5-10 bagger here but you think it can be 100 plus bagger ?
