Something big is coming, like you stated, 1 billion authorized shares meets NYSE companies more,

If we acquire NextCast and they are indeed a private company, will we be able to IPO them? I have been told we would be able to, which could be the reason for the sell off to make money to buy them out and then have the money to afford to IPO Nexcast
