Totally agree. I hope the Judge really takes a giant bite out of Apple for wasting valuable court resources with all their shannigans and delays. Assuming we win, lets all hope that the payback to VPLM for enduring all this crap will be an judgement on their behalf ordering immediate payment of damages NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS AFTER CONCLUSION OF THE CASE.

After all, Apple is one of the richest corporations in the world...and it may soon be proven that Apple piled on the cash using VPLM intellectual property.
