Incorrect,when a PR comes out that says, the reduction has already happened, the forward looking statement does not apply. Just like when he pr'd that 2.5 billion were cancelled. Past tense, already done. Again, forward looking statement does not apply. Simple

Again the man didn't say they were thinking about retiring 56.5 Billion shares he said he had done it. A huge difference. And the fact that it was a huge lie and is not covered in a forward looking statement shows his intent all along. He never had intentions of producing this product or making a go of this it was all a share selling hoax.IMO.
