Agree. If Corker was serious about passing a bill (and not flexing for Wells Fargo and his next job), he would have cleared the draft with Warren first, since she's the squeakiest of the squeaky wheels on the left.
It'll go down in flames in committee.
Then Crapo gets a shot (maybe Hensarling but that will go up in flames faster than Corker's bill).
Then it's administrative reform.
Middle of February when FnF report earnings? Before next dividend payment on March 31? By June 30? By September 31? By December 31?
I can't imagine that the administration would want to give the next Congress a shot at this.
