With Warren's statement, bipartisan support for Corker bill is Dead on arrival.
I don't think this draft was even about getting anything passed. It doesn't even pretend to be practicable nor desrving of bipartisan support. As Rosner says, it was more about Corker showing Wells "see, I'm trying my darndest, I deserve a job when this Congress gig is up."
Why does he even bother? Stop pretending. Just make a public statement "I need a job!"
