LOL its always been a major issue that showed just what a liar he is. As for the subject to change is laughable at best. He didn't say he was thinking of retiring 56.5 billion shares he stated in November that he did it. Then he reaffirmed that statement in December and yet again in March. That is what we all call an out an out lie.
