I would think there are many
BB stocks that could be and probably are scams as you suggest..However..I do know of one company that isn't and that is One Voice Technologies..Their cutting edge 4th generation technology has been accepted by the largest landline carrier in Mexico..Telmex..They have signed a contract with AT&T to produce some prototype remotes to run their cable box service..They have signed with Intel to develop some desktop solutions and they are getting ready to launch their new MCCV3 software with a Tier 1 computer company when Vista launches..They have the only Microsoft Certified Voice Recognition Remote that works with MS's Media Center..(Called My Voice Remote)..coming soon.. They currently have their Mobile Voice Tech launched with several smaller carriers and with Telnor and Telmex coming..that will really help the bottom line..There is also a large carrier in India they are in negotiations with and that should be finalized soon..They currently have Verisign showing Cingular MV and Lucent has signed up to show MV to other national carriers..I know some think the Telnor launch is just a test and Telmex's launch is dependant on how well that test goes.. If you read the last 10Q filing you will see that Telmex signed the deployment contract to the 18 mil. plus subs not Telnor..It is not a test and it was never written that way..Here is a piece from the Onev 10Q..

"The Company recently signed a deployment contract with TELMEX for deployment of One Voice's MobileVoice solutions to the over 18 million TELMEX subscribers throughout Mexico. The anticipated launch is January 2007 beginning with TELMEX subsidiary TELNOR with over 750,000 subscribers in northern Mexico. National rollout throughout Mexico is anticipated to begin in May 2007 to the remaining 18 million TELMEX subscribers."

This company has spent millions of dollars on R&D and it is just now being accepted into the tech niche it was aiming for..So..for the question.."Is Onev a scam?? The answer is obviously No...If any would like to disagree that is your perogitive..but by this time next month we will all see where Onev is headed..All in my opinion..but most of this was taken from the last 10Q..Oh..I forgot to mention that Onev has lowered its monthly cash burn rate to 160K per month to get to breakeven and better quicker..I currently use MV and the tech works great..much better than any VR I have tried...veno
