wow this board died.. seems everyone forgot about it like i did.
Hey Neal where are you??
looks like you aren't posting on RB either..Did you get tossed again?? What happened to this board?? I thought this was going to be the "Holy Grail" for people desperately seeking to stop the not quite 100% sure scams..Looks like everyone thought that fight wasn't worth it..I would like to see you back here spending 24/7 giving it your best shot again..Maybe next time if you didn't use filings that were dated and already taken care of..it would help to get back some of the credibility you thought you had..Absent a reply..this will be my last post here..I hope I get to talk to you at least one more time on RB soon..I look forward to saying my so longs to your crew of three over there..I am so sorry this board didn't get off the ground..GLTY though..and if I don't hear from you again..I know you will remember me always...veno
Actually..I don't fit into your group..
The only stock I care about is Onev..I have a special interest in keeping Neal here informed of his poor choice of attacking this company before he actually did any DD..He has come around now and has actually predicted the stock would go from a penny to .05. He has now increased his pump up to .06. I knew he would eventually come around and take over my job as head cheerleader for Onev.. I just didn't know he would jump in in such a big way.. It only goes to show that even the worst in a person can be turned around by the good hearted people of this world..Good luck with your new board..I wish you the best of luck..There are many companies out there that are scamming people and they are not all penny companies..example..Enron..However..there are many small companies that are struggling to make it and they don't need trash talking low lifes with nothing better to do than to try and stand in there way..So again..good luck in your groups endeavor...veno
Neal..is it true??
I just heard that you are now saying that Onev will be trading at .05 cents soon..I guess you changed your mind about that up and coming little company..I would have never thought that you would have become a pumper for Onev..Well I guess it is a great thing when a person admits he has been wrong about a company for so long..How many shares have you picked up?? I'll send you a Go Onev T-shirt soon and I bet you can't wait to wear it..I'll have it delivered to you as soon as your prediction comes true..Keep up the good DD...veno
Neal..Looks like from the 10Q on Onev
things are looking up..
"In order to reduce expenditures, the Company has aggressively reduced its operating expenses to a target of $160,000 per month beginning in November 2006. This reduction has come from a series of measures including reduction in head-count by eliminating all part-time workers, placing some full-time employees on part-time status and reducing additional operating overhead. Given these cost cutting measures, the Company feels it can better reach operationally break-even by decreasing operating expenses while increasing our revenue stream."
"The Company has recently begun a trial-testing phase for our voice solutions with Cingular Wireless. This trial is in joint cooperation with VeriSign. The company anticipates feedback from the trial by year-end 2006. If successful, this opportunity could potentially lead to Cingular Wireless launching One Voice's services. At this time we do not know if this will ever come to any material fruition."
"The Company was recently selected by Lucent Technologies to jointly offer One Voice's MobileVoice solutions in conjunction with Lucent services to national carriers. We are currently working with Lucent to jointly present solutions to carrier customers. At this time we do not know if this will ever come to any material fruition."
"The Company recently received a counter proposal from a large carrier in India for MobileVoice services. We are currently negotiating terms with this carrier."
"The Company recently received notice that our MobileVoice carrier customer Eloqui Wireless was purchased by US Cellular and that US Cellular was discontinuing Eloqui Wireless contracts for services including One Voice's MobileVoice service. Subsequently, US Cellular agreed to buyout the remaining 22-month term of our MobileVoice contract for a one-time payment of $250,000."
"The Company recently signed a deployment contract with TELMEX for deployment of One Voice's MobileVoice solutions to the over 18 million TELMEX subscribers throughout Mexico. The anticipated launch is January 2007 beginning with TELMEX subsidiary TELNOR with over 750,000 subscribers in northern Mexico. National rollout throughout Mexico is anticipated to begin in May 2007 to the remaining 18 million TELMEX subscribers."
"The Company recently was awarded a contract from AT&T/SBC to develop next generation voice activated remote controls for set-top box devices. This contract is initially to develop several prototype remote control devices with a potential production contract in 2007. This initial contract is a milestone for our company which we believe proves that our technology is in-demand by large customers and in conjunction with our pending patent in this area of remote controls. Our goal is to create a market for voice enabled remote control devices used for voice commands and VoIP (Voice-over-IP) communications (example Skype and Vonage) that are covered in our pending patent and to license this technology to remote control device manufacturers for use with CE devices, cable and satellite set top boxes and Media Center computers."
I want to thank you for the constant reminders to read the filings before I invest..I believe you said a scam company can lie in their prs but can't in their filings..If that be the case..Looks like this filing has much more in it than any pr Onev has put out.. I would say that by what they put in this 10Q Onev has many things coming this year..The Telnor launch was delayed to add more users and looks to rollout this quarter with the rest of Telmex close behind..
Though you were 100% wrong about Onev..I hope during your endless 24/7 quest on the internet helping out investors..you actually do find a company you can pin down..Remember do some better DD next time before jumping in with both feet..GLTY...veno
Just checking in..
Hey Neal..What happened here?? I was so hoping to help you on your search for all of those scam companies you have talked about..Sorry to hear that you were 100% wrong about Onev..Looks like all of those posts against that company was all for naught..Oh well..there are more fish in the sea as they say..Your Boston old timers club just had a chocolate eating outing I see..I hope you have worked off the added pounds and can get back here..so we can go and get those scam companies that we have verified to be 100% scams..We must remember to absolutely check them out before we call them that..It would probably be good to get a visual on the company and meet with the upper management first..Also..If we can verify what products they have and see some demos we could make better decisions on whether to start a campaign against them or not..In the case of Onev..I have and I am actually using their MV tech and wow is it cool..From here on out..I think it would be wise to do all the DD upfront and not just look at SEC filings..I would hate to waste several years of my time going after a small company just to see I was wrong..Well..I know the big real estate event is just around the corner there in sunny CA..Hope you can find that double wide you have been looking for on the cheap..Keep up the good work for FAKE and I will always be here to help you out should you need my assistance..Oh..if you want me to take over the board moderator slot here..or help out in any way..just ask..and GLTY...veno
Boston_ Chief..You are posting to a dead board..
Bullwinkle said the IHub board was dead..but it looks like it is his board that has no life.. I tried to get into some lively debate as he posted lies about Onev being a scam.. but I guess he has no rebuttal for that..I was so looking forward to hearing about all of the companies that could be hurting investors..but I guess there are none..With the large Telmex contract and more coming..Onev should be breakeven soon which means no more dilution...veno

"ONEV boards on IHUB & RB essentially shut down..."
You might try upgrading from the free NetZero dial up connection. Just because you cannot reach them does not mean they are shut down. You might want to grab a copy of "Internet for Dummies" and it will improve your understanding of how the internet works.
"FAKE members are currently keeping him running by posting under new aliases every now and then.".
Well since that is a crew of 1, how many aliases are you posting under ?? excluding the ones used for posting personal information about board moderators.?

SEC requests clarification from ONEV...
It would seem that the SEC needs some disclosure clarification on SB2 filings from ONEV made in the first quarter 10Q? I noticed that round about the time this was filed, there was a huge push by people on all ONEV boards to have members TOS'd who keep up on this sort of thing and make sure shareholders are aware of it. Interesting. Sometimes calling a bluff doesn't prove too intelligent...
Speaking of "intelligent" and "bluff" there Mr. Controller. It "would seem" that if one were capable of reading SEC documents in chronological order, then one would realize that posting this on 10/19 several months after the SEC acknowledged that the issue was closed, would say more about the integrity of the poster, or lack thereof, than any issue the SEC may have originally raised.
Of course the additional statements that there was "100% Verified current ongoing SEC Investigation" that will have a "devastating" effect on the company, further confirms that there is an obvious motive behind the attempt to take a 6 months old resolved issue and falsely state that it is "current" and "ongoing". Isn't that why the FEDs were all over Elgindy ?.
Wow..this board doesn't have
any activity at all...veno
I would very much like to see the
data base you mentioned..Thanks...Veno
I do see that this request
for clarification from the SEC was back in May and since you didn't post the reply that was sent to SEC and subsquent acknowlegdement from the same..your DD is about 5 months old..That is a non-issue as of your post and there was no current investigation of Onev by the SEC as you have claimed..You probably just didn't notice the date I would think..That is OK..For some..understanding the SEC and related filings is pretty tough task....veno
Actually I believe you are misinformed..
Those two sites seem to be up and running just fine..This site looks like it went dead some time ago..But I will post here to any that have questions concerning whether Onev is a scam or not...veno
I would think there are many
BB stocks that could be and probably are scams as you suggest..However..I do know of one company that isn't and that is One Voice Technologies..Their cutting edge 4th generation technology has been accepted by the largest landline carrier in Mexico..Telmex..They have signed a contract with AT&T to produce some prototype remotes to run their cable box service..They have signed with Intel to develop some desktop solutions and they are getting ready to launch their new MCCV3 software with a Tier 1 computer company when Vista launches..They have the only Microsoft Certified Voice Recognition Remote that works with MS's Media Center..(Called My Voice Remote)..coming soon.. They currently have their Mobile Voice Tech launched with several smaller carriers and with Telnor and Telmex coming..that will really help the bottom line..There is also a large carrier in India they are in negotiations with and that should be finalized soon..They currently have Verisign showing Cingular MV and Lucent has signed up to show MV to other national carriers..I know some think the Telnor launch is just a test and Telmex's launch is dependant on how well that test goes.. If you read the last 10Q filing you will see that Telmex signed the deployment contract to the 18 mil. plus subs not Telnor..It is not a test and it was never written that way..Here is a piece from the Onev 10Q..
This company has spent millions of dollars on R&D and it is just now being accepted into the tech niche it was aiming for..So..for the question.."Is Onev a scam?? The answer is obviously No...If any would like to disagree that is your perogitive..but by this time next month we will all see where Onev is headed..All in my opinion..but most of this was taken from the last 10Q..Oh..I forgot to mention that Onev has lowered its monthly cash burn rate to 160K per month to get to breakeven and better quicker..I currently use MV and the tech works great..much better than any VR I have tried...veno
As suspected and despite posting exact links, detailed written data (complete with all dates..ahh, whoops) while asking reasonable questions about the latest SEC upload in ONEV's file, it was set upon like rabid wolves by the "defend ONEV at any cost" crowd. Rampant and crazed speculation about the latest greatest "plot" to destroy the company abounded. Even poor old freebird was convinced there was foul play afoot. (That's OK freeguy....once in awhile everybody gets fooled .
Posts were deleted, Bullwinkle959 completely banned from the ONEV IHUB board, personal threats were posted and remain on said board, I am being "turned in" to the SEC and ONEV (both of which I have long said I welcome) for documented statements from others that I positively "shorted" the shares of ONEV, profited from this "misinformation" and made money on same. So here I await my punishment and proof of my profiteering along with the latest archives of the pumper's misleading tripe, doublespeak, outright lies and personal attacks in hand. Poor dumb, uninformed old "neal" and his "lack of knowledge" concerning SEC filings. Guess the joke sure was on him this time, probably.....LMFAO!

ONEV boards on IHUB & RB essentially shut down...
Looks as if the suspected scam there has pretty much run it's course for the time being. The boards will be active again once another P&D aimed at allowing the toxic funders to dump shares is needed and the suckers line up to buy more worthless stock on a flurry of misleading PRs. But the big money has been taken and it's mostly just bagholders hanging out praying for a miracle and the usual board scammers pumping them up.
Part of exposing a suspected or alleged scam and disbanding as many scammers as possible is to also expose the scamming board posters. I had to laugh at the ONEV RB board...went there this morning to find the only posting having been done in days is mostly a multi-aliased petty nickel & dime criminal talking to himself about how he spent the last week TOSing an alias or two of mine. Three FAKE members are currently keeping him running by posting under new aliases every now and then...he's clueless of course...like most chump change chasing morons. This person in particular has been crushed under the power of FAKE....having lost money in 7 of 7 scams he attempted to grift. Exposing suspect scam companies can take place on many levels. I like to collect, archive and send evidence directly to the SEC. But you can be effective doing something as simple as rendering the scam company's chump grifters like Danner/20-20 ineffectual using their own paranoia, misplaced Messianic complexes and blatant stupidity against them. Remember, most criminals are dumb...chump change con artists being among the dumbest. You don't need to waste a lot of time and effort. Just give them enough rope and they hang themselves. Very few people listen to their misleading info, but exposing them as fools keeps just that few many more from enriching scam running OTC vermin.
Is SMMW on the top of the list ? 80 BILLION A/S with about 77.5 BILLION issued. Just about maxed out. I wonder what happens next ? LOL. Do your DD and see for yourselves.
I personally welcome the concept and will patiently wait to see how you structure this forum. I'm not certain this is the appropriate venue, but we'll know soon enough I suppose, and it's comforting to know there are many other potential platforms should it be deemed inappropriate here.
free
There is often a fine line between a scam and a bad investment.....and sometimes it's hard to tell the two apart.
Let the debates begin.
Man, the head pump over at the ONEV board sure got awful ramped and cramped over this fledgling little old FAKE board. All the slinking weasels over there are in a lathered up frenzy trying to get me jailed by Matt so I can't run my own board. All I want to do is expose crime, corruption, convertible debt scams, help the DOJ jail as many guilty, thieving OTC CEOs and attorneys as possible and make America safe for democracy. I wonder why their panties are all in a bunch?
First they want me to stop posting paragraphs from ONEV 10Qs that conflict with the company PRs. THEN they want me to stop posting private issue convertible debt offerings passages from 12b-1s that specifically point out the holder OR a third party arb are allow to short the shares they are supposedly supporting by using the CD they bought as collateral. THEN they want me to just go away. THEN they want me jailed. NOW they want me DEAD. Gee whiz, you just can't please some people....LOL!
Greetings and salutations :)
More later..
Suddenly_Satan0
The DDevil©
It will take a couple weeks to get the thing going. Suggest to anyone you know who was taken in by a convertible debenture scam to bring names, dates and info about the crooks who ran it. Eventually the goal will be to assemble a vetted database of the attorneys and other offshore weasel arbs who start these things that will be worthy of sending off to the SEC. It only takes a couple dozen concerned people to put a BIG dent in these scumbag's wallets via the DOJ and SEC.
i'm all for it...
there should be a public forum to expose these kinds of things.
Welcome to all those who have been the victims of convertible debenture scams or simply want to do their small part to see a small corner of the sleaze ridden OTC cleaned up in their lifetime. There are no private or hidden agendas here. You know of a scam being investigated by the SEC or strongly suspect a company of being a scam...publish your reasoning backed by some documentable evidence. The best way known to expose a scam OTC company is to show that what they are saying to the public in their PRs and announcing during their conference calls is usually the opposite of what comes out in their SEC filings.
Harrassment, childishness and excessive foul language will not be tolerated. Presenting a company as a 100%, no questions asked, dyed in the wool "scam" without making a logical case to back your "facts" is pointless and probably illegal. I want these scumbags shut down as bad as you do, but bringing yourself down to their level is not the way....
My first time at being a first poster!
Well let me just start off with Frank Olsen and Qbid. And Frank has been involved for YEARS with Valcom Vinnie and friends.
BEWARE Valcom shareholders! It will be the next Frankie and Vinnie scam!
