Not enough sustained volume, no real buyers /sellers in this one. The technicals are showing marginal interest imo. Any surge in market should only come on substantial news. If it happens to surge without it then I have to wonder who would be creating the market? If we hit a million shares traded in a day...that would be big. Again, IMO
