I agree with everything you say here except Sessions has caused issues by one day saying he will adhere to the state's rights Trump campaigned on and the next day saying he is going to crack down on marijuana and dispensaries.
Congress didn't run at the mouth and cause us issues. But yes, Congress does need to take that opportunity away from him by changing the laws.
