It just didn't look like dillution on L2. Yeah they were soaking up buys without changing ask then dropping both ask and bid, but it was low volume, or no volume, drops. Kind of looked like they were doing a lil naked shorting to get down to large stop losses and cover previous naked shorts. But who knows I suppose.
The company actually confirmed they would dilute to friends/family who were helping finance, which is ten times better than alternatives! However, I do not know if the 20 million shares sold yesterday were actually dilution or just sold, which is why I put "selling/dilution" in my post. I am ANDI all day, so I just wanted to point out we could very well get news after a large amount shares were, more appropriately put, "distributed".
