Or if P numbers are good some BP may want to take out the company. At minimum if P numbers are good it will greatly increase the market cap of the entire company and give Leo more leverage.

Absolutely 68, i agree 100%. I think Leo has some monster, monster numbers in his mind for the valuation of B, and I'm not certain BP is at that level yet. With a sizable payday from a P partnership or sale, he can further develop B to push it the valuation curve until he gets what he wants.

He can the take that upfront money and fully develop all variations of the B franchise and maximize the value of the B franchise.

Leo’s plans would be to partner everything. Ipix is not built for phase 3 and beyond. Is Leo going to hire hundreds or thousands at this stage? Took him 11 plus years to get this far exactly why selling eventually makes more sense.
