It feels like the canary in the coal mine. Why would this private company be using Nasdaq IR for their corporate site if they are not going public?

I think they are using them for corporate governance and compliance as well.

That will make it even easier to uplist when Nasdaq has been under contract the entire time and guided them through this process.
