Yes I remember. Barry confirming with you on the phone, for example, is not the same thing as an official 8-K or PR, obviously. My point is, if a company is ALREADY releasing those types of PRs/8-Ks, then, in my opinion, they need to follow-up with an update. Otherwise, don't release any PRs or 8-Ks except at the Quarter-ends, and Annual-end.
I don't mean that they should release a PR on each individual order.

Me "addressing" Barry on this board is tongue-in-cheek, figuratively, etc.
I don't expect him to read or think he reads this board.

Do I really need to list all of the previous PRs and 8-Ks from years back, up until now, to help prove my point? There are SO MANY of them, MOST of them, that were never followed up with updates. That is bad.

This is all JMHO of course, as always. In any case, I hope that this year is the true beginning for this company, as far as substantial revenue-producing, quarter after quarter from now on, etc.

We really can't expect a press release on each individual, that's true (and I DON'T). But do you think that it is ok that Barry went and released an updated 8-K to simply state that he/LLLI has supplied information through the distributor??

Nearly all companies in the entire WORLD supply information through their distributor(s) at various times, and they DON'T EVER release an 8-K about doing it. Yet Barry won't release what-I-say-are much needed 8-Ks as follow-up to previous important ones. That's very disappointing.
