...I have learned that our Canadian distributor has received several calls from customers of the sales company who have said, “we understand that we are going to be selling Lamperd products in the first quarter of 2018 and would like to get further information and learn more about the products.” We have supplied the information through the distributor.


We really can't expect a press release on each individual, that's true (and I DON'T). But do you think that it is ok that Barry went and released an updated 8-K to simply state that he/LLLI has supplied information through the distributor??

Nearly all companies in the entire WORLD supply information through their distributor(s) at various times, and they DON'T EVER release an 8-K about doing it. Yet Barry won't release what-I-say-are much needed 8-Ks as follow-up to previous important ones. That's very disappointing.

That's one of my points.
