REFER TO COURT DOCUMENT. It's all in BLACK AND WHITE. Commons will receive 25% of the global settlement, that's it and nothing more. Whereas, Preferred will receive 75% and whatever goodies left.
REMEMBER< NO CAPS ON PREFERRED..nothing mentioned nor stated in the court documents that commons are uncapped, sorry they are capped. You should have bought preferred.
If you do not know the difference between a commons shareholder and a preferred shareholder, look it up. smh
