That’s the AS. The OS is much less. Also, the company has something in the works regarding the SS.

Also, I’ve dug deep, deep, deep into the company and it’s Associates (Darryl Green and Louden Owen) and have yet to find any red flags or any indication whatsoever that this is a scam. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. The deeper I dig, the more rock solid this company becomes. Look at my posting history on this one. I’ve shared everything I’ve found including this regarding a potential SS change.

The OS is 2.6 bil, not 6 bil. That's how you calculate market cap.

The AS is 6 bil which is irrelevant. ANDI has indicated no toxic financing and remaining debt of 50k will more than likely be paid by friends and family in exchange for preferred shares as per the CEO.
