I think it is interesting that the shell was bought 12/31/17. It shows Delfin and Egan, or one of them, wanted a clean break at year end.

It also gives Delfin time to move assets in 2018 to under them before the reserve merge.

Spot on Fink! I am actually a large cap player, long term investor. I took a flyer without good DD on TGLO back in 2005 cause I knew a bit about Egan. I am an ex commercial banker and business owner by trade. As a middle market commercial lender we are trained to analyse before commmiting funds to any project and even though one can never say never.....yours and other's DD is top shelf. My instincts say yes. Well worth the roll....

Loved the old Eastern. Flew many times out of Laguardia to Atlanta to connect to my rebel cousins in Birmingham.
