The S-1/A version 2 increased from 4,000,000 shares to 5,842,404 shares. In case, anyone is wondering what's different between the versions.

Also, the filing suggests TMPS will low ball Customer B to force them to take TMPS to court. TMPS doesn't have the deposit to pay Customer B. Else, they would just pay Customer B $750,000 per contractual agreement. And, that's going to make new customers quite comfortable entering into a new contracts with TMPS since court proceedings are public record.

Yeah. This could be a be settled quickly if TMPS could pay Customer B in TMPS shares. Wonder if they'll go for it.
