The reason people are saying that this is not a chart play is because there is only one event that matters: the reverse merger! Charts are only a picture of how a stock has traded in the past and cannot tell you when an epic moment will occur. They spot trends but are not crystal balls. If you want to depend on a chart to tell you when Delfin will drop a filing or news, good luck. We have all seen the company file outside of market hours, and I'm not going to risk being out should the company announce the r/m premarket or after hours because we all know that if that happens, we will see the mother of all gaps! Some are betting that they will be able to beat the announcement and get in lower before the r/m 8k or PR, but many are not willing to take that bet. When the r/m takes place, it won't matter if you were in at .09 or .30, but it will matter if you are not in! I personally think the best strategy is to be in now and reserve some cash for later.
P.S. A dead cat bounce can only happen if the cat is dead. This one hasn't even come to life yet. LOL
