You`re correct that what we have in shares is`nt enough,and the raise in shares could be to fend off any hostel attempts,so that`s why I immediately changed my stance to voting yes on the shares and holding the BOD hostage in regards to getting rid of RSU`s and replacing them with performance pay with a 15 dollar cap for them to be exercised. If they know their jobs are gone if we don`t get this,then we`ll get it. The authorization for the shares is a yes,but their jobs a big no until I hear Tony Vocalize what I`ve asked for.
