I agree also on a performances based reward system. In fact that is the only way a corporation should be run as far as I'm concerned.
How's it determine who gets what,upon reaching a $15 stock price what kind of bonus, how much?

too complacent and not aligned with stock holders interests.
Need to have a mix of business savvy executives, as well as in the sciences. makes for a nice balance. Free thinking middle aged personal.

TL has been there for almost 7 months,to me if we don't see results by the annual meeting then there is no sense keeping him on. To much cloak and dagger. There has to be that pipe line of communication between corporate and stock holders through Press's releases. Not necessarily significant but a bone every now and then! just my thoughts. glta
