Yeah man, know it well. I fly over that very spot a few times a year.
I got 100 acres of pine trees in Forrest Ms. that's your back yard..

Ancestors came down out of Canada and traded pepper corn for a massive chunk of land in Porterville Ms. they lost most of that after the civil war. They owned it when it was part of the Georgia territory that stretched to the Miss river.
Shot my fist deer on the last 40 acres they held on too.
My great grand parents amassed over 3,000 acres in Electric Mills. It's a dot on the map.
I wish I still had ties to that place. Show my kids how people lived on no money. 100% self sufficient. Tin roof, stone foundation, shot gun house, out house and a real well with bucket on a rope. 4 families sharing the same phone line. They each had a different ring tone. Hell, they thought they had it good. Ride a dirt buck all day and never see sign of human activity other than the miles of perfect rows of pine trees.
Dads side comes from Vicksburg. He still owns the 5 acres he grew up on. Gave the house away 20 years ago and it's just a wooded lot in a killer neighborhood. I know the neighbors hate him.

We all know China and India will double the population on Earth in the next ??? Years. They want what the rest of the World has. A Home Depot. It's going to take a tremendous energy effort to please that.

It's going to be Nuclear or Nat gas.
Or we prove with out a shaddow of a doubt Global Warming is a true scam and we all go back to coal. LOL
Cleaner is better. Nuke wins that hands down. But to neutralize the by product is generations away. Like the battery. A better way will be figured out.
Till then, Nat gas will be king.
