Remember that they were scrambling for licensing just like all the other growers, but were set up and established enough with strong written protocols for how they do business and that put them over the top and in the driver's seat.
If they need additional licensing or permitting at this point, it's all down hill once you get the first one. It's always the first one that's the most difficult. GLTY UF
