If you use the 114.62 instead of 20, then it would equate to a pps of $1.10, Awesome!!! Go ANDI!!!

Every pink sheet CEO "believes" their company will make a boatload. Fundamental valuations are based on current numbers. Without any revenue to go off of a P/E ratio isn't even possible.

This is a high risk high reward play. Potential is there but a pink sheet competing with Apple and Samsung is not a bet I'd like to make lol. They don't go after these small/poor markets for a reason. I'm going to buy some shares Monday and ride the wave but this appears to be more hype than substance imo. They're "going to....." make a phone, sell millions, audit/uplist, etc etc. Until something is released other than a name that they have to pay I consider this a flipper. Huge volume always equals oppurtunity but I'd tread lightly as they'll have to pay for all these things somehow. What way does everyone believe that is? Hint hint it starts with a D....

Stervc, a tip of the cap from our days in CMKX. Long time ago. I value and respect your opinions. I have a few here as well. From past experience, I regard all pinks as scams. This one is starting to change my mind. I'm waiting on the filings. Until then, I find the following news release items intriguing:

Most important "The Guardian of Utopya has Arrived:" Guard what?
Intellectual Property

"As part of the company’s long term vision, it intends on bolstering its technology IP (intellectual property) by acquiring stakes in complimentary technology firms, when it makes strategic sense to do so. Utopya smartphones will come equipped with a software ecosystem that includes a proprietary Android Operating System (OS) skin, as well as a number of proprietary mobile apps available exclusively to Utopya users" https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=28643

In my opinion, Loudon Owen is here to protect the Intellectual Property. He also has experience in block chain https://blockchain-expo.com/northamerica/speaker/loudon-owen/

I also like that Cycloides is involved in mobile payments
Cycloides wins contract to build Canada's largest and secure Mobile Payment and Digital wallet system.

If this statement is true, we are Golden:
""But the hardware is only half the story," says Starkweather. "The real differentiator will be in the proprietary software ecosystem that we are developing for the devices. With two highly experienced teams of software developers in both Canada and India, we are creating an experience for users that will be nothing short of spectacular."

For starters, each Utopya phone will come equipped with a unique and proprietary Utopya Operating System (OS) based on Android 7.0. The phones will also come with several exclusive apps that will only be available on Utopya devices. Customers will be incentivized to invite their friends to Utopya, so that they too can use the apps and become part of the Utopya experience. Users will still have access to the full spectrum of downloadable Android apps, like they would on other devices, ensuring that they get a best-of-both-worlds experience.

In light of growing concerns about data security, the Utopya software ecosystem is being designed for exceptional user privacy. The phones will boast an encryption-based email platform and a revolutionary type of messenger app, designed to ensure state-of-the-art data security for all Utopyans. Even more exciting, Utopya users will have access to a unique and highly-secure cloud storage service, which means they can rest assured that their photos, videos, and other private information will be kept safe from potential intruders. I believe Darryl Green can be very helpful with distribution.

So if it's a scam, it's well put together. If it's not, the sky's the limit. All above is my opinion only.

Does anyone know the "estimated float" and the OS. Is the OS correct on the OTC?

From the quick browsing I've done, it seems like a Net Profit Margin of around 10%-14% might be more accurate for this industry. I think the 25% used in this analysis is a little too high.

If we adjust the numbers a bit to a 12% NPM, we'll have an EPS of approximately .003846154.

Using a P/E Ratio of 57.31 (half of the industry average) we get a share price valuation of $0.2204.

Not that I'm saying any of these numbers are worth going by (since these are obviously very generalized speculative analyses), but just thought I'd throw in a slightly different scenario for people to see :)

Stervc,
With all due respect,
Don’t you think “assuming” they reached they $100M goal (without giving us a relistic date) — is far-fetched?
They will need x amt of $$$ to reach $100M (cost for the phones). Let’s say they need $50M to gross the $100M sales goal; they need to raise $50M by eod of this year— do you realistically believe they can raise $50M? This is the OTC world and most tickers are shells (okay given that fact that ANDI has Darryl Green to help them— but do we know how much he has invested in ANDI?).

The issued and outstanding common share count is increasing steadily as ANDI has entered April. At the end of January the count was sitting at 3.5 BILLION. As the brand new TA is gagged just like the old was nobody knows what the current count is.
So much for all of those calculations.
