Should be the August to October range, and most likely in Sept.
That is what I am preparing for.
En Banc decisions take longer, 10-12 months usually,
but a 3 judge panel..avg about 6 months.

If SCOTUS rules early and in favor of Oil States then yes it will be short.

Oils States is unlike anything else before the court in terms of impact. The Court has to weigh the ramifications and harm that is being done to inventors. They know by delaying their verdict millions or billions could be lost by parties that have pending judgments now. All the resources committed to the IPR Process its endless domino chain that impacts millions financially. I dont see them sitting on that to the end of the term.
