Oils States is unlike anything else before the court in terms of impact. The Court has to weigh the ramifications and harm that is being done to inventors. They know by delaying their verdict millions or billions could be lost by parties that have pending judgments now. All the resources committed to the IPR Process its endless domino chain that impacts millions financially. I dont see them sitting on that to the end of the term.
