Wee do hope what you are saying is truthful. Not saying # of post proivides credibility but often times it does help to have some.

Hurdles are un understatement. It seems so easy to an outsider that "all you have to do is buy some railcars, and put them on the tracks and voila you have a railroad. If you own a business and want to just add/remove a wall to the inside of your building, you need permits and certifications out the wazoo before you hammer a nail.
