According to Wyoming filing, how is ZHONG JI MING YANG NEW ENERGY TECHNOLOGY, JBZY's merger JB&ZJMY CO., LTD.?

1) Merger company JB&ZJMY CO., LTD.

2) Sole shareholder of JB&ZJMY CO., LTD. is DeQun Wang.

3) JBZY acquired 100% shares of JB&ZJMY CO., LTD.

4) JB&ZJMY CO., LTD. shall cease to exist upon filing.

According to Chinese Government Credit site, ZHONG JI MING YANG NEW ENERGY COMPANY currently has three shareholders.
