Zhong Ji Ming Yang (ZJMY) Companies

The two day's share price action triggered my interest in doing more research on JBZY companies. When search zhongjimingyang in qixin.com, I found three active companies related to ZJMY:

1. Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy Technology Company, Limited (ZJMY). https://www.qixin.com/company/0b7db99d-8c53-4785-a8ea-cabd91607eaa. This is the company already merged into JBZY according to Wyoming filing.

2. Jinbo Zhong Ji Ming Yang Automobile Trading (Beijing) Company, Limited. https://www.qixin.com/company/18051f2d-7611-4c90-97c3-2cf4e8fca131. This company is under Jinbo, established in 2013-03-26, bought by WANG Jinlai on 2017-03-29 and owned by WANG Jinlai. We saw this company name before but did not pay attention to it. ZJMY has been selling low speed cars since early last year, but did not report any revenue in the second and third quarter. It could be that all the revenue from sales of low speed EVs is parked under this company. We don't know it for sure until we see filings. So far I haven't found any evidence that this company is merged into JBZY according to Wyoming filing.

3. Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy Electric Vehicle Trading Company, Limited. https://www.qixin.com/company/3530e131-aecd-4855-bc04-da9b2b42c1de. This company is registered on 2018-01-04 under Mr. HAN Zhiming and Mr. WEN Jun. HAN and WEN are the president and VP of ZJMY. The registered capital is 100,000,000 RMB. It appears that this company is not directly under Jinbo or not related to Jinbo. Since the company (JBZY) is extremely quiet, we have no clue what is the purpose and function of this new company.
