Fam. If I ran a big business and had money, and some group came to me and promised their product would revolutionize my business I probably would not believe them unless their finished product demonstrated it was possible.

I asked Brad once or twice, does the industry consider the simulated software a prototype as you stated in your Dec 31st PR?
Answer - Yes.

Based on that answer it clearly says to me they can demonstrate it's able to perform.

In fact the equipment manufactures have been doing just that now for ?(secret again) amount of months since Jan 1st.

In my estimation it is clearly far enough along that if it does as the claims from NV say it will do, that wouldn't be a stumbling block.

Any business contract would have provisions in it that would allow non-performance clauses imo.
