Those who know about this are tapped out. The MM or traders sold enough to take it down but cheaper prices below .30 brought in some buyers, but now, and at this price, either there are no buyers - nobody who knows what's going on and still has $ to buy stock; or any prospective buyers are nervous about how long to wait until news and waiting to see if they can collapse the price again.
imo we are now in super low volume very tight Bollinger band situation. I'm pretty sure that the article will come out in the next few weeks and resolve this situation with a huge gap up. But if anybody much shares that opinion, they are tapped out or waiting for a possible lower price, thinking that there is time. Personally, I think the fuse is lit and it's a short fuse. The article coming out will bring a lot of money off the sidelines and also a lot of traders or speculators or investors who didn't even know anything about this but will follow the volume and most of the float is in very tight hands. add to the above the shorts - to the extent there are however many Ms of shorts, mostly they should see the article as confirmation that this is not BS and they have to cover. Some might even have enough margin cash to cover vs a big gap up and attempt to hang on because they still believe that approval will be hard due to being a new paradigm. But they will get squeezed hard and in any case over time, maybe very short time it will become obvious that is a losing bet and they will cover.
