Short of court registry accts ect holding CASH, that is all of THE CASH we'll get imho..
The true value will come in appreciation of WMIH (or whatever it ends up being called) of the share values, including shares we may have gotten in a share for value swap and future divies.......

IMHO the SWAP is the only way to get the value into WMIH where it can truly be MONETIZED and Leveraged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
